A view across the garden showing the house in the background and part of the topiary avenue showing across the centre of the picture.

One of the many delightful views to be seen in this garden.

This topiary avenue runs across the garden from one side to the other. The hedge arch at the far end is, in fact, the half-way mark with as much of the avenue on the other side as there is on this side. We noticed that each shrub is a random shape.

We were here in early June and were lucky to see this Dogwood tree in full bloom and what a sight is was.

At the far side of the walled garden there is an archway through the wall into a separate area where there is a very large greenhouse probably dating from the early 20th century.
