One important point is that this conservatory is open to the public only on specific days throughout the year. If you want to visit then you should check the visitor information web page which usually lists only about three opening days at a time. Entrance is free however!

There is also a small aviary about the size of a garden shed but which contains a remarkable number of exotic bird species including the Quail shown here which is only about 7 inches in length.
I also identified some Zebra finches but we could not identify the other species.

There are also a few ponds here containing some largish fish which I believe may be Koi Carp but I'm no expert on these matters. There is a small outlet channel connecting this with another pond.
