The main entrance to Norwich Castle still goes across the original Norman bridge.

This shows the inside of the Norman Keep which is now used partly as a gallery housing some of the museum exhibits. The wooden walkway on which I'm standing runs all the way around the Keep giving access to some other interesting features of the castle.

The original well which would have supplied the castle with fresh water and, I can tell you, it is pretty deep.
