Very Busy Pub in the summer months, good home cooked food, long waiting times when busy so you need to be tolerant. You can however, just sit back and enjoy the views of the sailing on the River Blackwater and boats coming in and out of the lock. Function room / extended dining area upstair in the Old Ship again with good views.
