A lamellibranch (Pseudopecten equivalvis) from the Cleveland Ironstone series of the Middle Lias at Brackenbury Wyke, near Staithes. The size from top to bottom of the shell is 3 inches.

Robin Hood's Bay, Yorkshire.
These Ichthyosaur vertebrae were found together in the shales of the Upper Lias which are exposed at low tide in Robin Hoods Bay. Each one has a diameter of about 2 inches.
