A path through the Cwm, Knighton, Radnorshire, Wales
Knighton Countryside.

This is a path through the Cwm showing lots of Celendine flowers on the grassy bank on the left. The stream is the Wylcwm Brook which flows into the River Teme a little further downstream.

Berries on a Rowan, or Mountain Ash, Tree, Knighton, Radnorshire, Wales
Knighton Countryside.

There are lots of Rowan trees, also known as the Mountain Ash, around here. They make quite a striking sight late in the year. This is on Garth Hill showing part of Panpunton Hill, on the other side of the Teme valley, in the background.
