The Brewhouse which would have been worked by the nuns to make beer.
I'm not sure how it would have been used but there is a vat on the left of the raised platform which appears to have been heated, a wooden channel that feeds the results of that process into the large wooden trough at about the same level and then a feed into the large circular tub underneath.
