Winchester Cathedral (3), Winchester, Hampshire
The Nave from just inside the West End.
The masonry of the Nave is Norman but during the 14th Century it was remodelled and encased with stonework in the Perpendicular style.
This nave is the longest in Europe.

Part of the Quire showing the 14th Century Wood carvings.
These carvings are very intricate and depict plants and animals representing a forest. They are certainly worth close inspection.
In the left foreground can be seen the 12th Century tomb of Bishop Henry of Blois.
